D Fly Fitness Studio has a network of sister companies around Singapore, and in East and West Malaysia, which provides opportunities for the members of our community to exchange their knowledge of yoga and dance, and share their experiences with one another.

Aerial Fitness

Using aerial silks, hoops, and hammocks, you'll be able to build core stability and tone your entire body. From beginners to advanced enthusiasts, our experienced instructors will tailor each class to your skill level, providing a challenging yet supportive environment.

Take your fitness to new heights with our aerial workouts. Our classes include Aerial Yoga, Aerial Hammock, and Aerial Hoop.

Yoga

The practice of yoga brings both physical and mental benefits. You will enjoy increased flexibility, muscle strength, and tone, while decreasing chronic pain. With less pressure on your joints, you can focus on balance and core strength. Yoga also helps you manage stress, improve mental well-being, and create mental clarity and calmness.

For peace of mind, sign up for our group yoga classes such as Aerial Yoga, Low Aerial Yoga and Power Yoga classes.
