Aerial Yoga Beginner

Aerial Yoga Intermediate
Aerial Yoga Intermediate is suitable for those who have mastered the basics of Aerial Yoga and would like to be more challenged. Students will learn more advanced combinations of moves on the hammock. Your strength and flexibility will significantly increase.
Aerial Hammock Intermediate
Aerial Hammock is designed for those who enjoy a beautiful form of aerial dance and yoga poses performed on the hammock. In this class, you will learn how to utilise the hammock while incorporating the flow and aerial dance sequences. This class is suitable for intermediate level students.
Aerial Hoop features a circular hula hoop suspended from the ceiling. Dancers may perform acrobatic moves on the hoop. Sessions are taught to develop your strength, flexibility and beautiful lines with dynamic moves.
Power Yoga is a yoga practice closely modelled after Asthanga Yoga, which focuses more on the body. It includes fewer poses held for longer periods of time. The instructor designs her own sequences, while students synchronise their breath with movement. This class is suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa Flow is often called Flow Yoga or Vinyasa Yoga. It synchronises the flow movement and breath. In Vinyasa Flow, it helps to work on the entire body on strength, stamina and flexibility. K-Pop Dance is a choreography-based class taught to popular Korean pop music. Students will be taught various dance routines made famous by the original K-Pop artists.
K-Pop Kids is a choreography-based class taught to popular Korean pop music. Students will be taught a mix of simplified dance routines made famous by the original K-Pop artists and choreography by our instructors. This class is limited to children from ages 3 to 12 only.
Dance Workout is a whole body workout that's good for your heart, balance, and coordination. Students will focus on cardiovascular exercise. Instructors plan easy-to-follow choreography that keeps students moving with the music and increasing their heart rates.
